Violet Lavene Mccullough

Violet Lavene McCullough was born in Pinedale, Mississippi on August 28, 1921 and passed away peacefully on October 21, 2016 to be with her Lord.
She was a homemaker, a loving wife and a loving mother to her two daughters. Violet’s hobbies included painting and sewing. She also loved to work in her garden.
Violet was preceded in death by her husband Clarence McCullough and her parents Brewer and Dessie Reed.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda and husband Joe Tubbs, Nina and husband Robert Pitts, one brother Stanley Reed and four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Edwards Funeral Home in Eastland will be conducting the services for Violet on Monday October 24, 2016. Visitation will be from 11 am to 12 pm at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel followed by a celebration of life service at 12 noon. Violet will be laid to rest at Eastland Cemetery.
