Virginia Kennedy, age 96, went to Heaven Monday, March 1, 2021 in Lewisville, Texas. Services were held Thursday, March 4th in the Oakwood Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home Ranger.
Virginia was born December 21, 1924 to Jonah Ray Livingston and Lucy Marchman in Slaton, Texas. She married Lloyd George Kennedy and they were married for 52 years before his passing on July 29, 1995. She volunteered at the Quarter Store and was active in the First Baptist Church.
Virginia is survived by her son, Dennis Kennedy and wife Karen of Flower Mound; grandchildren, Brian, Christopher, and Dustin Crow; and great grandchildren, Colten, Rylan, and Allie Crow. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Melton Kennedy, brothers, Mickey and Travis, and sister Betty.
