Vonitta Evatt , 93 of Eastland passed away on July 8, 2017. Funeral services will be held Wednesday July 12, at 11 AM at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Eastland. Interment will be at the DeLeon City Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at 10 am Wednesday at Edwards Funeral Home prior to the Service.
Vonita was born April 22, 1924 in Eastland, Texas. She was a member of the Church of Christ and the DeLeon Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
She was married to Tom Hallmark, who preceded her in death in 1966.
She was also preceded in death by son, Tony Hallmark, her father Dorsey Reynolds, and mother Linnie Graham Reynolds.
She is survived by son: Steve Hallmark of Eastland. Daughter: Linda Singelton of Stephenville.
Sister Jean Brightwell of Hurst, 4 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
