Wanda Lee Cox passed away on January 10, 2014 in Eastland, Texas. Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 15th at Edwards Funeral Home in Ranger, Texas at 11:00 AM with burial following at Mt. Marion Cemetery. Visitation is Tuesday from 5:00 – 7:00.
Wanda was born July 10, 1930 in Ranger to Tony B. Wheeler and Mattie Lee Sharp Wheeler. She was a life member of the ladies VFW auxiliary and a Baptist.
She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years A. D. “Derwood” Cox in 2000.
Wanda is survived by her two sons Rick and Danny Cox both of Olden; her sister Helen Serrat of Archer City, Texas; her grandkids Kassie, Kesha and Derek Cox and great-grandkids Kylee Jeffers, Dylan, Rylee and Kyler Cox.
