WANDA WEST was born June 30, 1923 to Clifford Fehl and Nova (Hastings) Fehl in Eastland Texas. She passed peacefully from this world in Amarillo Texas on March 14, 2016, where she was surrounded by love and family. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Alford West SR, & her parents.
She met Paul West on the Abilene Christian College campus after WWII. They married in Abilene on 14 Feb 1948. They were married 65 years.
She was the mother of Paul West JR of Albuquerque NM, Don West of Wylie TX, Nova Feilds of Abilene TX, and Mary Falke of Amarillo, TX. She also adored 9 grandchildren: Kate & Jake, Benjamin & Rebecca, Wanda, Matthew & Mark, Enjoli & Jennifer, many great-grandchildren, and a host of friends. She is also survived by her beloved sister Wilda Chase of Russellville AR.
Funeral Services for Mrs. West will be held at 11:00AM, Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Texas State Veteran's Cemetery in Abilene, TX.
